Wildomar Bridge Loan

North Coast Financial provided a $300,000 bridge loan in Wildomar, California (Riverside County). The bridge loan proceeds were needed to purchase a new primary residence prior to selling the existing home. Once the new primary residence was purchased, the existing home was sold which automatically paid off the bridge loan.
